Both are red flags...
Businesses consolidating/creating monopolies is never good for consumers.
And with the dieenibf wealth gap and lack of concern about low income Americans, I’m even more suspicious of the products being sold in these stores, just another way to kill off this class - it’s been done before from lack of grocery stores, placing nuclear energy plants and enebergy towers (cancer) in low income towns, poor schools, infrastructure and health care access, now stores selling cheap “food” and “name brand” products...I don’t trust it.
