Think Weiss has mishandled this from the onset, just a unmitigated disaster. From everything I have read, there has never been a great case against Biden. It's weak, it's thin. But, to not have worked this out is inexcusable.
Think Garland too wanted to stay out of it too much, this should have been resolved no later than late 2021. Took 5 years for a gun charge and some tax code violations? The entire ordeal is a debacle. The IRS guys crying about what? Bigger, what tax code violations in different district? Yeah, I get it there probably was some DOJ bullshyt, there always is. But, where's the serious crimes? Where is the serious federal case? But, again, what the fukk has Weiss been doing since 2018?
but, this mess underscores and undermines all the credibility. On it's face, do I have any confidence, that if there were more serious violations, that Weiss would have found any? If it took 5 years to bring a weak ass garbage case, with a plea agreement, that he and the Biden legal team couldn't even agree on the basics? It was a fraught talk, for sure, but they fukked it all up. No one on is going to buy any of this.
