Both can be true breh. There are definitely some imbeciles suffering from arrested development roaming the streets. Possess the emotional intelligence of a 10 year old and see no value in the life of others or their own. Perhaps lost causes if that’s what you were getting at. But it didn’t just crop out of nowhere. Everything you listed is either at the root of this or an accelerant. The data proves that. Education matters. Two-parent homes matter.
