The past few years a city with 8 million is ending each year with nearly the same amount of homicides as Baltimore! A city with only roughly 600,000 people! Figure it out!

Mayor Scott is getting a lot of heat because he said he would reduce the murder rate by 15% in his first year. I get the criticism but people are expecting miracles.

Nobody has the answers really. Nobody likes the more extreme motives or the less extreme motives to stop crime. Everybody is ok with just complaining about crime though. One thing I do hate is how black folks that get killed by police are more known and remembered than people who get killed by daily random violence. We have lost a lot of potential great minds and leaders to random ass street violence and that shyt is sad smh.
