Just picked it up. A cosori. Ran to the store real late. Wanted wings and snapper but only found drumsticks breasts and some shrimp.my mom has one for me i keep forgetting to grab it when i'm over there
I mean, if you're not using any oil and only air to cook your food, how much healthier can it get? I did some fries in them a long time ago, they're crispy but you can taste the air on them no sweet oil taste or anything like that.Are these thing healthy even if you didn’t deep fry in the first place?
Also I’m a veggie. So is it still worth it? We don’t eat chips, etc regular so just vegetables.
I brush a little oil on stuff before air frying it. Yoi get that crisp and flavorair fryer is good as a mini oven that doesn't take as long to heat or cook food. It isn't a substitute for a grill or frying and air doesn't taste as good as oil or fat.
