Most still stay at home and can quit jobs
That might be part of it, but it's also a difference in mindset right?

Jobs are like relationships, usually the person who leaves actually leaves months before. Right or wrong, there's a point where they will say "i can do better or this person is part of my problem".

I've noticed most ppl born after 91-92' are way more selfish than those before then. A good part of being selfish is being consumed with self and not how others are effected. How you do one thing is how you do everything. So its no wonder why friendships/relationships are so hard to maintain today

This is wrong, studies have shown that when we quit our jobs, we end up getting a job that pays more than the last one.

Try again boomer :umad:

I'm not a boomer. And I manage these people. They always try to come back after they emotionally quit. I would say 65% of the time because in reality they can't actually hold down jobs.

We had a guy quit because he didn't want to work weekend. He went to another company out of spite and working weekends for that company is mandatory and the pay less. He is already trying to come back.

If you think the majority of these people are "strategically" quitting you're delusional. It's majority emotional. Big grown irresponsible children.

These people think everything is social media.. Thats why "studies" have shown this is the most socially awkward generation to date..

They talk stupid to you like their talking to their online communities, then turn around and will ask you for assistance.. :mjtf:

They play entirely way too much.

This may be a dumb question but Is it legal to not hire someone bacc who quit even if they fit every other criteria? And have you ever actually hired one of them bacc?

They have a different mindset because they don't have the same responsibilities.
You can quit your job if you still have housing a food and not be shamed for being adult living at home
