Do you agree with Gen-Z being so quick to quit jobs they hate

Indians do it all the time. Then when they’re straight they end up buying property. I’m not with kicking kids out, that’s backwards and why we lose as a community.

Talk about how people think they're supposed to stay in other people's houses without helping though..

Depends on their career field. I rather let them focus on their studies, stack, stack, stack and position my son or daughter to go out into the real world than to just “figure it out”.

I’m more worried about them getting a paid internship tbh

How people provide for themselves is on them.. I just hate how people talk about how many "followers" they have on social media, but when shyt get real they wanna fall back on old reliable.. The old head. The old head that supposedly was stupid and let corporations fck them over for decades..

Breh what are you talking about? Ain't nobody talking about falling back on old heads, we got degrees and experience. I just said us millennials are job hopping and getting 30% raises. And we working from home.

Don't let me get this $60k job, I'll fukk around and be making $80k by 2025:lolbron:

Yup too much tik tok. Attention span is extremely short and think everything needs to be instant.

They don't understand that jobs are a tool to leverage yourself to move forward and work towards you own goals. But unfortunately they too busy pocket watching and being entitled. The poverty that is coming for the people is going to be vicious.

What does this have to do with helping out around the house? And you'd probably park Benz in front of the house while not donating..

They do all this because they know their parents not going to hold them accountable and let them back in..

I hated living at home with parents.. I've been living on my own for 25 years, and I know that wouldn't be possible if my parents coddled me and let me live like a zoomer..

Damn, you too old to be bytching and moaning about women on the internet OG. I thought you was like 21.

This is wrong, studies have shown that when we quit our jobs, we end up getting a job that pays more than the last one.

Try again boomer :umad:

What’s with you and helping around the house? If you and your wife did what you were suppose to be doing financially, that should be the least of your concern.

Your kids need to focus on a paid internship, their studies to propel them and get them set for the real world & you worried about the damn house.

:mjlol:

& best believe the money he/she is getting, I’m handling it, putting it in a HYS and breaking them off 10-20%
