Nah we just see how y’all old heads did “an honest days work” for fukking decades just to still get treated like shyt by every employer you’ve come across. And STILL not be able to retire when you turn 60. Life ain’t supposed to be “work until you fukking die”, and I’m glad my generation actually sees that.
They do all this because they know their parents not going to hold them accountable and let them back in..

I mean shyt, employees have to give a two weeks notice before they quit, work on their days off, work overtime with no pay, while the employers can fire you without any notice, stay home and relax while YOU are working your ass off, AND profit when you work that unpaid OT?!!?

I agree with the first part but disagree with the second.
If more people stayed with family and stacked their cash for a year or two in their 20s then moved out they'd be better off. You got an advantage use it.

Huh? Kicking your kids out at 18 damn near guarantees they will have a harder time than the kids who get to stay home a bit longer, but that’s a separate thread topic?
I wanted my own place with my own rules.. I couldn't run h0es in and out their place so that motivated me even more to get my own..
If you paying your portion around the house you good.. You got some people who believe they should live in a person's basement until they're "straight" without helping out. Thats unacceptable..

I mean us millennials are quitting too. A lot of us are WFH or job hopping and getting 30% pay raises. Our generation are the ones who first made it big with streaming

More companies need to focus on the employee. Until they do, people are get what they need and bounce.
Honestly I love it.
Indians do it all the time. Then when they’re straight they end up buying property. I’m not with kicking kids out, that’s backwards and why we lose as a community. Especially when we don’t add them on our credit line.
How people provide for themselves is on them.. I just hate how people talk about how many "followers" they have on social media, but when shyt get real they wanna fall back on old reliable.. The old head. The old head that supposedly was stupid and let corporations fck them over for decades..
