Yeah, you can't be up here showing these happy ass commercials, and treating your employees like shyt in real life. I don't blame these kids for quitting, I just ask that they atleast have a few back up plans set in motion. I literally just had this talk with my nephew last week. His manager trying to get over on em with those bullshyt ass wages & benefit packages.

That's what we should be helping them with but by the sounds of this thread their 'elders' are selling them dreams
