Here's the thing, I don't either even though I'm GX.

That's one of the reasons why I handle business the way I do. If you're not making enough to survive off of the wages you make then you're working for the wrong nikkas. Period. I got about 40 plus warehouse workers and 30 some odd drivers at my seafood company..I don't send no notes saying "Thank You for your hard work", I don't give pat on the backs, I don't give company picnics or any of that other shyt. I'm straightforward..best thank you nikkas can get is good pay, cash bonuses and generous PTO to help with work balance.

I remember working like a damn slave at fukking Hardee's as a teen when minimum wage was goddamn 4.25 and you already got bills to handle. I'm not having nikkas work under me and they going home struggling to feed themselves and their families.

Tell that to the corporations that refuse to improve worker conditions and refuse to give raises for their piss-poor wages. If you can do that, more power to you and your workers. Everyone in this thread is talking about society, at large going through those 90s Hardee's wages in 2022. A lot of those positions have been opened for well over a year, and no one is taking them. People at this point, rather be dead than to go back to that pre-pandemic norms and I cannot change how they feel. Cause the way the baby boomers are retiring earlier than expected due to them having the inability to adjust to new norms of COVID, a lot of higher paying positions will be opened for the next few years.

When their parents kick them out it’ll be a different story

So, it sounds like you want these low-paying positions to be filled up again like the days of old, huh?

"Oh just you wait, Gen-Z gonna feel it when their parents kick them out the house!!"

"Just you see, these Gen-Z hooligans gonna feel it when they gonna have to work for $7.25 again in brutal conditions for 8 hour shifts!"

"Gen Z don't know responsibility, maybe they should have kids abruptly, and then they see what hard work means!! We need these shytty jobs filled back again to keep them in their place!!!"

Yeah, you can't be up here showing these happy ass commercials, and treating your employees like shyt in real life. I don't blame these kids for quitting, I just ask that they atleast have a few back up plans set in motion. I literally just had this talk with my nephew last week. His manager trying to get over on em with those bullshyt ass wages & benefit packages.

:scust:

You know shyts fukked up when illegal immigrants are leaving the jobs, and those positions are vacant for months on end.
Do you have any sources to confirm this? That shyt sounds wild :russ:

The way things are going now.. it's primed for collapse.

If the illegal immigrants were to come in, they would have filled those jobs MONTHS AGO. Even they flipped the PPP money and moved on.

You’re the same nikka who complains about street nikkas and thot culture yet you encourage Gen Z’ers to be unemployed. Are we supposed to believe there’s tons of 20 year olds making a lot of money “creating their own income streams” most of these folks are living at home and doing odd jobs, scams, or thotting for dough while the few lucky ones become real content creators and get paid. It’s not sustainable

A lot of 20 somethings doing Uber and Door Dash in high rates. They also freelance in other jobs at high rates, as well sell things online. They are at least a few steps ahead of everyone else on how to monetize their working efforts by not going to a scumbag boss.

Do you have anything to back this up? or are you so against 'the system' confirmation bias has blinded you

People >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Employers

Gen Z are products of Gen X and Early Millennials

Both are two groups that mostly talk shyt but are scared to act on it.

The Z’s took that rebellious talking seriously and acted / are acting on it.

The world is alot different now than it was in 2009. Back then if you lost your job, you were completely assed out until you found another one. Today if you lose your job, you can drive Uber or Lyft, do DoorDash or UberEats. You can deliver for Shipt, Amazon and other similar apps. Amazon warehouse jobs are another safety valve seeing that they hire anyone and everyone on the spot. Tons of temp jobs and contract positions always hiring. Tons of remote jobs always hiring. All of these options can put money in someone's hands immediately so it lessens the sting of leaving or quitting a job until you can find your next full-time position.
