The heights
You mind going into detail about being an owner operator? How do you get started and what's the earning potential.

This older black dude that used to be in my community College classes quit and became a truck driver. 1st time i saw him we just dapped up and talked for a bit. 2nd time i saw him he pulled up in an AMG. 3rd time he got his own business now
it's a lot bro I would say go to a company for a year before becoming a owner operator for the experience and fukk some by else shyt up before you buy your own truck while you are at getting your year experience make sure you money and dot file is in order sometime it is best to wait 3+ years before becoming a owner operator to save up money for a truck DO NOT LEASE A TRUCK WITH A COMPANY you will not be a owner operator if you lease with a company they always trick people with that BS so just stack your bread and buy a truck of course you gotta form a business, get a usdot number, get a trucking authority and look everyday on indeed for owner operator jobs to see what fit your lifestyle and schedule and talk to older black OGS that are owner operators the ones that are not maga will put you on game and show you the way its alot more but its too much to type :hubie:

These same jobs that require a college degree, but pay close to minimum wage? :dead:
If you die your job will post an ad for your replacement before the week is over. :mindblown: They just getting that same energy back and I love it. If they want good employees that will stay then they will have to give them a reason to do so.

If you’re trying to make a career out of something, then no. You got to put in work and gain experience which will also equal value. Just take that experience as you get it and strategize how use it to level up.

If it’s a company that is offering a low wage job, trying overwork you, and offering no benefits? Then yes, fukk that. It’s just a stopgap to have some bread until you land something else.

However, you’re only going to get something of value with effort (unless you have a trust fund or some shyt).

Even parts of the federal government getting hit with folks quitting en masse. Lot of folks finally waking up asking themselves "The fukk I look like staying here for 20+ years stuck at GS-7 waiting for a position to open up when somebody retire or die?" Folks are quitting within 6 months if they see that the job is stressful. If you want to see how hard the great resignation is hitting the feds, take a look at the TSA. They cant keep people for shyt with that trash pay and no life job where you gotta wait 3-5 years to get Saturday-Sunday off. At least with CBP, you will be caking at $110k+ at that job.

Oddly enough where I work, they're going all in with expanding WFH because they know everybody here can fukk off to the private sector and make double because of the specialized knowledge folks got.

What these companies don’t want you to know is that high turnover is costly to the balance sheet.
I’m an older millennial and I don’t blame the youngsters for seeing the right through the bullshyt and dipping.

You don’t need six dollar coffee and you sure as fukk don’t need it from an automated robot either.

Companies want you in their offices and to create the fake hierarchy to protect their interests and pockets. These kids are smart. You smell shyt, it is shyt.

Gen Z is brainwashed

they've had phones and tablets in front of their faces their entire lives

they have no understanding of what reality is... and they're all about to be in for a big shock when they have to earn a living

each generation becomes more and more narcissistic and superficial than the last

this country has been on a downward spiral for a few decades now, and future is looking bleaker than ever with lazy ass Gen Z about to hit the workforce

I absolutely love this generation. :wow:

My cousin said the healthcare industry is absolutely fukked, they can't find young gen z folks to be CNAs and wipe these boomers asses and vomit for $8/hr. Why would they do that when McDonald's is hiring for $15? Bedside nurses are quitting in droves to become travel nurses and make triple their income. The hospitals realized they are screwed since you can't just automate these jobs. On top of an ongoing global pandemic, the oldest, fattest, most unhealthiest generation are about to retire and there will be no one to take care of these old fat fukkers

Go ahead and create your robots :mjlol:

They can't even import healthcare workers from 3rd world countries to exploit since we are in the middle of a global pandemic and those countries are saying no since they need them :russ:

God bless Gen Z :blessed:
