I should have asked but Ice Tea obviously.
Hot tea, English peoples teeth...
Besides that I'm sure it's fine for you.
British people need fluoride in their water supply like us, bruh. They need to stop listening to Meta Reign.
I only drink hot tea, which has a ton of health benefits...antioxidants, lowering of cholesterol and blood pressure, anti-carcinogenic effects, creating a good environment for intestinal flora, fluorine to prevent prevent tooth decay, the list goes on and on. There was a study I read about that showed that people who green tea on a regular basis for a long period of years had a significantly lower risk for stroke, osteoporosis, and some other health problems that come with again...I can't remember it all.
As someone who has worked with and around the ingredients that go into soda, I know it's just a suspension of gooey crap that should not be ingested.
The science is out on it. Regular consumption of processed sugary drinks with HFCS and sucralose leads to a high risk of accumulation of belly fat, lowered metabolism, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, too high of a ratio of phosphorus to calcium which in turn leads to low bone density, tooth decay from the acid, and some ingredients present in soda are carcinogenic.
People shouldn't risk any of that just because it taste good. There's no reason to drink it. Get a Brita or Pur filter for your tap water and keep it in the fridge bruhs.
