As for me, I drink more alcohol than soda. However, that Seagrams Gingerale
I drink a lot of water and sports drinks only after I work out. When it comes to booze, I try to stay away from the darker brews.
My juice box in my fridge is looking pretty good right now.

This is just sad, some of you are like 18+ and have no clue what's good for your system. If you're not drinking water (akaline), juicing with fruits and veggies (not all fruits or veggies are akaline), then don't be surprised when your diagnosed with diabetes or any of the cancer's for that matter.
i love soda. i drink it 3 times a day. coke, pepsi, dr pepper, root beer, i love it all
i rarely drink juice tho. im a grown ass woman
