its really not that hard.

All you'll see me drink outside of a few beers etc on the weekends is water, tea, or coffee. I really can't look at juice the same way. Soda is definitely something i've overcome.

I don't usually cop V8, because most of their products are altered for taste....

But vegetable / tomato juice with low sodium = an easy way to consume nutrients..
