I'm not against the program. I'm against the separate branch. And possible duplicate positions and ranks for no reason.I dont consider the space force unnecessary... and at some point i expect it to become more important than the airforce

NASA and the Air Force already address the issues the Space Force will allegedly address. I have no problem getting rid of it purely as a means of erasing Trump's legacy, but even beyond that it's a redundant government branch. I feel the same way about the Department of Homeland Security. It shouldn't exist.
