So on one hand he tells his close associates not to invest with him, but on the other hand he is promoting to randoms to invest with him. Sounds pretty shady
It does sound shady but depending on his knowledge of the activities he may or may not get off. For example, if Envy hosted seminars promoting life insurance for Black people in general and educating people on it and Cesar offered fake life insurance plans that Envy was also fooled into believing were real, Envy could potentially get off in that scenario. Hence why the Feds took electronic devices from the Breakfast Club studios yesterday, they’re probably looking for a paper trail.

Part of the problem is…the system and the way it’s set up. The entire banking industry is a Ponzi scheme. And private business constantly leverages debt. This allows people like Cesar to exploit victims.

To some extent I’m reluctant to use the word victim in this case because I believe greed plays a part as well. If someone guarantees you a 30% you either gotta know something ain’t kosher or you’re just a fukking greedy idiot.
The people who invested in this don't understand investing or a reasonable return on investment tho.

If something sounds too good to be true, then it more than likely is especially in this particular situation.

Ignorance and naiveness isn't always a valid excuse.

People are caught up with the name of a famous person and the luxury that individual has because people browse their social media and think thats how they got they money from was through investments..

Give me 60 year old glaydis and frank who been working in the industry 30 plus years rather than some rapper, DJ , ex con or athlete any day

How did you flip my question into being a dj envy stan? Smh do better. you assimilated breh since you stopped posting in the footy thread

Only people who should be feeling any type of way with Tony the Closer for continually going at Envy & Cesar would be their personal family & friends.

They played with a lot of people's money deserve everything coming to them.

If I'm iHeart, you're fired this week. It's a terrible look for them to have this sort of nonsense happening at their place of business. Radio Stations generally don't fukk around with this.
This week?

Today breh...I'm trying to think of any other corporate employer that would keep you on the payroll after your name is all over the news in connection to criminal charges and the feds came into the office seizing computers

It could be the way his contract is written. Envy has not even been technically arrested. Perhaps iHeart would open themselves up to breach of contract if they were to suspend or fire Envy without an arrest?

He’s a liability to the brand. Usually these contracts have character clauses in place. They already discussing either firing him or him resigning. They might wait for him to get arrested but we all know it’s a done deal for him at the station. Worked all your life to get to this spot only to let some dirty fat fast talking jail scamming nikka take it all away from you. There’s lessons to this people. Remember it when interest rates are low again and nikkas want to act like you can get rich overnight.

I can't argue with what you're saying at all. I'd be very surprised if iHeart doesn't make a move by the end of the week.
