At the begining, the light skin breh with that hat was doing the best. He was actually probably the most intelligent in his responses. Also this show was just people putting their foot in their mouth where if they said less, they could actually pull.

Also, "exoticals" is such a 2010s term, and I didn't grow up on the internet. Here in America everyone black has the entire color spectrum in their family. Black is black, mf's do more policing of blackness online than they do in real life. I'm sure some of the people you think were ambiguous looking, I don't. Being light-skinned doesn't mean you aren't black...
Ain't no such thing as being watered down black but I think I recall that you hate your own blackness, that's not the case with everyone else who is "biracial", and there are plenty people who look "biracial" who have two black parents...

Its funny how a lot of people on the show claim to be an "entreprenuer" and is dabbling in a hundred different things. I respect the last dude who said he's just a licenced plumber. When you have to list a hundred different things you do to make money you're probably just broke and over compensating.

People don't realize real estate can be hard. I have a friend who is a real estate agent and there are times where it's SLOW. Luckily he primarily deals with luxury homes and some commercial properties so the sales he does make keeps him afloat.
I went on a couple of dates with a lady who was a real estate agent but also worked a full time job as a CNA. She was doing ok but all on her Facebook and Instagram, she made it seem like she was a boss chick making so much money in real estate.
