My cheat day isn’t as bad as I thought. My cheat isn’t. Essentially liquid calories that I avoid like the plague during the week. I still don’t drink sodas but raspberry glazed ice tea lemonades come alive on cheat days for meX along with maple syrup a witch mean pancakes or French roasts. I don’t really eat fried chicken but cheat day means I can have barbecue or honey glazed on my baked chicken. Or barbecue ribs instead of plain ribs. Chocolate chips cookies might be my biggest guilty pleasure I endulge in.

My cheat days ain’t much but compared to what I put myself through the week trying to eat clean they feel like a much earned victory.

Because there's healthy food in the house and I know better.

fukking tub of ice cream kept calling me though.

:mjcry:
I've been there. That's why it's best to not have that shyt around. But if it's a cheat meal you shouldn't trip unless you knocked off an entire carton of it :russ:

Fukk a cheat meal.

I have a cheat weekend :blessed:.

I only do this once every two weeks, though, to put it in perspective. Rules are subject to change, and my regimen is constantly being tweaked and updated.

I still eat lots of veggies and I don't go overboard with junk food, but this whole weekend was deluxe nachos with salad, jalapenos, cheese, avocado slices, guacamole, sour cream, and chorizos:banderas:. For tonight, I got the mixed vegetable and white rice with roast pork. :steviej:

As an aside, I never was one to eat a lot of pork (I generally stick to poultry), but I've been warming up to it as an alternative to beef which I don't mind but is really rich and feels like my body partly shuts down to focus on digesting it all.

I am working out every day though.

What's you's guys stance on swine though?

Edit: I forgot to mention--I had a slice of carrot cake yesterday and today, today with half the icing. :lolbron::mjlit::shaq:

I haven't eaten pork in over 15 years. Swine disgusts me.
