Cheat day is on Saturday, compared to others the things I eat is nothing but afterwards I'm like :ahh:

Saturday is my cheat day. I usually only have a cheat lunch which is burger, fries, soda or a pizza or Popeye's...i also eat a big slice of Red Velvet Cake.

Depends on your body type if your body is more Calvin Klein model you can't really have cheat days... If your as big as the rock or have a much bulkier body it won't really be too bad to have a cheat day since that persons goal is bulk and size anyway

Ultimately depends on how defined you want to be.

One day is not going mess with any progress you made.

Depending on your macros and calories you take in that one cheat day has to be made up on another day in the week or the next day, by eating less or making sure you still met your diet goals for the week, if that day is a permanent fixture every week then your not meeting your optimal diet and cheat day is just a bad habit if your not making up for it

But for those purely concerned with size where body far levels aren't of too much of a concern you have more leeway since your look needs way more calories than the Calvin Klein model.

cook things a few days in advance and put them in wraps for lunch. For instance make a lot of chicken or buy a good amount of roast beef preferably lower sodium.

to be fair i don't have cheat days because i'm paranoid that one cheat day will ruin my week.

I just eat healthy until i'm full. My diet consists of eggs roast beef i cook everything with coconut oil. For carbs i make sweet potato fries or have brocolli and usually grilled chicken or beef. I make about 2 syntha 6 protien shakes with cocounut milk and peanut butter and frozen bannanas.

but ultimately depending on your goals its all about calories...its just that some foods tend to have you retain more body fat while others make your body work towards burning fat. If your eating processed foods with sugar and sodium like soda and chips then you can get muscles but you will have a gut too. So it won't be a quality body. Id rather be a smaller guy thats defined then a bigger guy who looks mushy and no v taper. Natural fats don't concern me as much as sodium and sugar. So peanut butter coconut oil is all good.

I cheat too often :shaq2:

I go the movies 2/3 times a week.......and I get popcorn about half the time.

Otherwise, cheat for me is almost always a sloppy ass burger from somewhere.
