Firefly Funhouse wasn't a match, it was psychedelic warfare.

But seriously, the Boneyard Match was entertaining for what it was, Firefly Funhouse could've used some actual wrestling in it (or at least the semblance of fighting).

They will mostly be remembered because of the empty arena matches being such dogshyt in comparison and the show having the two worst championship matches in Wrestlemania history.

Boneyard was dumb and the only reason people like it was because it's the Undertaker... and there's nothing necessarily wrong with that. The guy can't wrestle a real match so whatever, it extends his career which is good. The part I hate was AJ's hand sticking out of the ground, but they wrote themselves into a corner.

Bray and Cena thing wasn't a match, it was Cena's mental breakdown.

The circumstances of the coronavirus forced them to get creative, and try new things. I wasn't dying to see either of the real matches, but I definitely want to see Wyatt vs. Cena now.

Taker like Matt Hardy should almost exclusivly be doing things like this over having regular matches at this point. Bray works a slower brawling style that for some reason people hate like he should be doing lucha out there. Cena was looking slow & done the last time he came back after a break that was only a few months & this was a year.

They were just fun matches and took people’s minds off what was going on in the world even if temporarily (which could be why they’re getting extra praise). Not every dope match has to be workrate fests. It’s just playfighting man have fun with it

Edit: now that I think about it, initially there were mixed reactions at the first Final Deletion match as well. I believe all Deletion matches have had threads here. May have to page @WMG the 2nd to do another installment of “TSC History” on them, specifically the first one
