Y'all ever had wrestlers who got released that everyone else called "fumbles" but you never thought were that good to begin with?

Jon Mosley. Worst fukking wrestler I've ever seen on t.v. I knew a dude who said he was the best in the Shield, basically cause he was a crazy white boy. He's garbage and hurting AEW with his trash.
I've been pushing back on this bullshyt for over a decade. Moxley was never better than Seth a day in his life, not in the ring, not as a character.

And some of the stuff he's been putting out on AEW TV recently is legit some of the dumbest segments I've ever seen. I see why Brock didn't wanna work with him. Pouring poison down someone's mouth? :why: Stupid.

Some of his promos have been good, but he's killing his own angle with the cartoonish shyt he's tryna do.

I never understood his appeal. He was never better than Seth at any point. I'd wager to say that he's not better than Roman and never was. His current AEW run is completely exposing him.

Man I thought I was the only one that found Del Rio to be completely trash. The best thing about him was the entrance and ring announcer…everything else was super mid lol. I could never get into his matches, I hated him not as being a good heel but having go away heat. The gimmick would’ve been better suited for another Latino wrestler but I don’t know who could’ve done it at that time.

Del Rio ruining his life and career being a denigrate coke sniffing woman beater saved us from seeing him wrestle for a major company ever again.
His finisher was the only thing that was kinda cool and his enziguri other than that I can't understand his push.

I never thought Cesaro was anything other than a very good wrestler and an upper midcarder intercontinental champion. Gatekeeper toward the upper echelon for a guy of his caliber.

Damian Sandow was a good "Character" wrestler same as there are great character actors who can be featured and be depended on to play their roles. That's what he was great at, he didn't make chicken salad out of chicken shyt. He was what he was. It wasn't like Cody Rhodes being Stardust. When he went to Impact he did the standard bitter ex WWE guy who loves wrestling and wants to make an impact promo and when him just being an ex wwe wrestler wasn't good enough he went back to gimmicks and chose the WOAT one.

Ricochet I didn't watch his WWE run but he was a good flippy shyt wrestler who couldn't talk and didn't have some Jeff Hardy like IT factor. US Champion is the ceiling unless he's in a smaller promotion. There really has to be better and more charismatic wrestlers on any roster than him.

He was known for the unhinged character and his deathmatches, but he's ran both of those into the ground so much at this point, it's ridiculous.

It's wild how Seth and even Roman have shown more variation in their gimmicks than him since they first came out.

I feel like Roman just needed a chance to do what he wanted to do. He's clearly more comfortable in the role he's been in.

Hook >>> Dom Mysterio

Hook is like a combo of Raven and Taz.
HOOK needs to go to the E and the PC or start hitting the gym with Nick Wayne and Kyle Fletcher.

With the Moxley talk I think he's the opposite of this thread. It's not that he was fumbled or not that good to begin with it. His AEW run is showing how bad things can get if there isn't someone to reign him in with his ideas and shyt. Whatever good I saw in Moxley his blank check to do as he pleases in AEW has really caused me to get stink face with his overall work.

Moxley always sucked. He always reminded me of a sloppy more disoriented, temu version of Austin. Glad he's gone. AEW is perfect for him.

Hook has a lot of promise and the WWE could build him into something really special. I agree that he needs to hit the weights more but he's probably a lowkey brooklynite that smokes a lil weed.

He needs Heyman, Paul Heyman. Heyman will have him on 10. But shıt, give him 5 years.

Stop hyping up Hook, he's just a gangly white boy and a more boring version of his dad. :mjlol:
