Camron (the rapper) did own the trademark: Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) however it says they abandoned it on May 31, 2017.

You gotta look it up in the actual trademark databass through uspto. The trademark was abandoned May of this year. Cam doesn't own it anymore.

Theyre apparently not named JellyFam PG1s, thats just websites dubbing it that because of the similarities. I dont think Nike would be that brazen, especially since a trademark does exist.

What about the score in bunches part? Is that really JellyFam's slogan? If so they still may have a grievance in that regard.

bbb and jellyfam blowing up independently could easily spark more movements from top prospects getting inspired by them after seeing they can create a brand without brands like nike next thing u know u have a whole generation of nba players with their own movement/brand creating merch and sneakers without the help of big brands thus phasing them out in the basketball sneaker category going forward

and if u dont know about jellyfam then u clearly arent in touch with whats going on in the basketball world outside of the nba

Never seen that slogan associated with them, and honestly it doesn't even sound like something they would have run with. They should have had a parent trademark the name, if Lavar can run BBB and lonzo maintain his amateur status, no reason why they couldn't do something similar with their own shyt. As many nikkas in NY hustling their own little designs through IG and Tumblr they could have linked up with someone by now and started moving some merch with the brand they've started.

BBB doesn't have a sneaker out yet. Wait for the Zo2 performance reviews.

Selling tees and small items is easier. Either way they won't be competing with Nike or Adidas.
