She’s targeting people that don’t bathe before coming into her office or wash/comb their hair. The main reasons sistas are wearing bonnets out in public is because they didn’t feel like being bothered with their hair that morning.

I was referring to the pajama pants in regards to bathing. The bonnet reasoning still applies regardless of income.
