I hear ya but regardless parents need to be told about thems elves when they screw up. A lot of people have no business havent children but they insist on popping them out.

Black people make fun of white kids who talks back at their parents and claim black kids don't disrespect parents. But I don't think it's healthy to hold in resentment and pretend that your parents can do no wrong.

It's time for many bad mothers like fathers to ne checked om how they screwed over their kids lives/amd gave them a very bad start. Things are tough enouh for blacks it is.

Family should be your main support system. But what happens when your support system is antagonizing you. I invite many black men to start have real conversations about their.mothers it will improve how black men and women interact with one another.

Please seek therapy if you feel that you must before going crazy. I grew up around mostly black people in Miami, so I can speak on what I saw. There are black women who have made the wrong choices in men and were left single with a child/children after the man leaves knowingly fully well that the man was not worthy of being a father. Being a single parent in general is stressful, but considering that women can be emotional some women took their anger out on their child. I've been on the train and bus and seen mothers cuss their kids out over little to nothing. I've seen mothers call their sons bytch, or say things like "You're just like your father. He ain't shyt" , "You stupid muthaf-cker" and etc. It affects the daughters too. I've seen some mothers take mistreat the child because they are not getting along with the father. A month ago I was dropping off my little niece at pre-school and a mother was criticizing her daughter for doing something wrong. She was saying something like, "Your stupid black ass....". Sometimes the woman may be the negative dominant role in the family. Those type of things cripple a child into adulthood.

If you feel like it's best to cut off your mother then let her go, or keep little to minimal contact with her. It hurts because a mother is supposed to love and nurture. From what I have seen mothers are "perfect" and can do absolutely "no wrong". If this was about one hating their terrible father then people wouldn't see anything wrong with it. Mothers can be terrible people. I have a good mother, but I have seen mothers do some evil shyt.

There are good black mothers out there, but some black women have really messed up their children due to the decisions they chose to make. I had to go to the dentist on Tuesday. A mother was there with her baby boy (around 11 months) and her other son (looked to be 7 years old). The baby dropped the pacifier and she kept screaming at him and calling him stupid for taking more than 5 minutes to wash the pacifier. The baby wasn't even crying. She was finding any small thing to raise her voice at him. I wanted to say something, but I didn't know how that whole thing would turn out.
