Sucks that Kemba didn’t work out. I seen some Knicks fan shyt on the front office for the signing but fukk that. Dude is making about 8 mil. You take that gamble every time. It didn’t work out this time. Oh well. :yeshrug:

And the reality is that he can fill in when Rose needs rest. Burks isn’t exactly iron man either. If Kemba is cool with the demotion, opportunities will come to still rock and he won’t be visibly slower by the third game in any 7 day span.

we were smart not to trade for kemba
at the end of da day it was a really smart gamble that didnt work out.

better we cut our losses early so both parties look good and can move on. the longer kemba played, the higher da chance his hometown fans built a resentment towards him.

Yikes :scust:

Oh well, time for that mentor/locker room/veteran leadership role for Kemba, with spot minutes if somebody gets injured. Hopefully McBride and Grimes get more PT outta this.

And ya'll stop worrying about Randle. He is what he is (a #2 option playing the role of #1). If the Knicks can grab another all star level player, Randle will be fine and the Knicks will level up.

Plus, who are the Knicks potentially trading him for? Ben Simmons :russ:

For draft picks at this point, can't ask for too much given that he's not that good.

And they likely get worse in the short run, with the potential to improve in the long run, independent of his mediocre play and contract clogging things up.

Trade Randle for draft picks :hhh:

Yea let's hope some random 2nd round pick averages 20, 10, and 5.

Pretty much. That elusive scorer is going to be hard to get though

:mjcry: With Demar Derozan on Chicago that dream of Zach Lavine is gone now
