Lots of double talk bullshyt, saying not to waste your assets but then clown the Knicks for not making moves or not being able to make moves vibes.

Knicks got the assets and can hold on to a decent amount of the talent they've accumulated, as well as the picks they've stacked.

It's a clunky roster composition, but it's more collective talent that the team has had in some time.

If having too many illfit pieces means they gotta reconstruct to make better, that's still better than not having the pieces to do anything of consequence.

I don't like the move, but you make the move and figure it all out afterwards. You take the swing. You move towards respectability and thin the fat as necessary so it works.

But you don't send all your youth and all your picks. A balance of picks, redundancies and youth is the move. That makes the trade work. That justifies the haul. You accumulated all these picks just for this moment. You saved those bigger, not so favorable contracts to ensure you have the matching salary. You make the move and don't bat an eye.

BTW, all that corny ass chicken little it's Melo all over again talk needs to stop, too. That Melo trade made us a top team for a quick minute before injuries and a horrible Bargnani trade. I'd make that move every fukking time. Not wait and hope for him to come in free agency. fukk that. Make the move.

I’m not saying they shouldn’t trade for Donovan but fukk that rape package Ainge is trying to sell them. Either trade a package of less picks and youth combined, a package of 6 picks minimal youth, or a package of youth and minimal picks. Donovan isn’t that guy you break the bank for and even if he was that guy, they consistently need some help to win.

How many times did Lebron have to leave to get the help he needed? shyt Beal might be that guy and we will never know because the Wizards put shyt around him. Motherfukking KD might be the best player in the NBA and got swept. The Jazz got it later for taking on Tom Gugliotta's contract
The important thing is it doesn't matter what other teams do with the Knicks picks cause other teams actually know how to draft decent players while the Knicks don't.
They've drafted 2 all stars in the last 30 years (not an exaggeration)
