Hell Will Smith is 45 years old and even if he was a regular 9-5 dude making 60,000 a year he could still bag young women because he is in good shape for his age. If you are a 45 yr old man in good shape, have a nice condo/house, a fly car and dont dress like a grandpa you will have no problems getting young women.

I'm not 30 I'm 24, so I don't know the dating scene in your 30's, but I want to get married. I'm not looking for a guy with a lot of money, just a man that's not a bum and we can be friends and lovers. I want someone that is willing to have a family and take care of what needs to be taken care of. It would be nice if he's at least mildly attractive and can converse about different things, has different interests and is not dumb…I'm a simple gal. Some of you all over think these things IMO.
