No it's not just the coli. If you ever go onto a dating site, most women have their age bracket for men 10-15 years older than them.

You females don't want to admit it, but often times you'll end up with an older man, and often times that older man will end up with a younger woman.

it is less ramp up time, when you have children in your late twenties.

by the time you are thirty,...
if you don't have kids.
you will be behind in hordes of social constructs, and situations you won't ever get till you become a parent.
plus, i think the rampup time is longer and harder to accomplish as well.
as you have had an entire decade or more of adult life.
where you consequently were never forced to fully be an adult in every conceiveable way without a child.

To add to this this is why I dont respond to many females on the coli. This young lady is 22 im 30. I try to talk some sense into these young women on the coli the arrogance in which they think a relationship is 50/50 or you have to make them happy first or happy life is a happy wife all that stuff is "worldly".
