Even as great as IT was, he was still a scorer at heart

The Smart & Schroder duo is just a disaster though. Neither can shoot, both are prone to going completely braindead at any moment. Ugh.

Tatum needs to be more of a playmaker himself. We've seen in spurs that he's capable of more..

I'm 100% ready to trade Marcus Smart for 2-3 shooters

We were down by 30+ because of the lack of shooting and Smarts turnovers and confusion on how to be a point guard. Then he does his "hustle" antics to get them back within 12 points, and everyone loves him again

At some point the coach needs to get it through their heads that it’s okay to abandon the 3 point shot when they’re not falling. 48 3 point attempts in a game is way too many. Brown and Tatum went 1-17.

But that kind of makes my point though. Tatum and Brown have to shoot near perfect from 3 for them to have a chance. This team has no shooting at all. Payton Pritchard is the only pure shooter they have on the roster, just think about that

Jaylen and Jayson have outgrown Marcus Smart. They both need shooters to spread the floor and allow them space to operate and drive the lane

Smart is neither a point guard (which they need), or a shooter (which he certainly isn't). Just trade his contract for shooters and a point guard. Enough is Enough
