Before he was the Michael Jordan to Roc-A-Fella's Bulls. He was a rapper and face of one of the most popular hip hop labels of all time. They developed a lot of raw talent and he helped mentor guys like Kanye West and Just Blaze.

Now he has no dominate team. He is just a lone rapper.

Jay-z isn't actively involved in Kevin Duran't career. Nor does Jay-z himself just get paid off this. You guys are confused on how much he actually owns of all these companies. In terms of HIP HOP because this is a HIP HOP message board, what does the company he owns a portion of managing sports athletes have to do with anything? They also manage actors too now but Jay isn't hands on.

Also, Dame's son is in his 20s and he's doing business as well. Not in music but i think food industry. Dame and his family are straight hustlers, period. Its beyond music, they're just business nikkas all around. His brothers, cousins, they all do business.
