The main difference is that there are mostly positive representations of Caucasians in the media, in literature and on film. You might find maybe one of two goof ball white people on a tv show but the majority of them are sophisticated office working civilized citizens. So when one lone crazy white person acts up they just say hey, he's crazy but everyone knows the large majority of us aren't so eh.

On the other hand with the exception of Barack Obama black people haven't been represented in a positive light on those mediums breh. Since the minstrel shows of the 1700/1800s til the 10 o clock news/rap videos today we've been represented by the media to be ignorant, dumb and animistic. Now we know that isn't the case but historical racism exist and the stereotype is already out there and in the minds of most people.

wanted to add, after having watched the video, that THIS was actually funny and looked to be a good time. why is it if white people did something similar, it'd be framed as joyfully spontaneous? when blacks bust out with a "flash mob," they look at our mannerisms and automatically assign it a hostile and menacing quality that belies what looked to be an innocent prank.
