He actually needs to do less weight until he can get his form better. Gotta put down the ego and get your technique right.

Also probably hasn’t been eating right. Breh was on a lean diet for years.

This is excuses. He's not eating enough if that's the case. This is like when fat people say they are blaming their genetics while actively doing things to make them stay fat...
Showing up and lifting is half the battle but if he doesn't eat a caloric surplus he will remain a twig. He can get some neurological adaptations from lifting to make him stronger that way but that has its limits.
It’s not an excuse. It’s just a fact. Some people naturally have more muscle mass than average. Some people naturally have much less muscle mass than average.

You acknowledge that right?

Honestly there's no reason to go super heavy on bicep curls. Make sure your form is right find a weight that doesn't compromise your form cause your struggling so hard to lift it and do hella reps. Especially for a skinny breh like Offset. I don't see why someone would mock him for this:manny:
Could be the angle but, this looks like it’s literally one of his first time doing this.

He can’t keep the bar level cuz he don’t have intramuscular coordination.

If so, he’ll put the mass on quick. But he should’ve waited for that day to come.

On another note, the petty in me is hoping Diggs would post a video doing preachers :heh:

Man there’s a lot of dudes exposing themselves in this thread.. isolating your biceps via the preacher curl with this type of weight is how you do this exercise.

I personally use either 25-35 lb dumbbells, and squeeze at the top of every rep, while slowly going down with the weight

Some of yall need to actually hit the gym and stop pretending like you do
While this is true, he'd need to like other posters said be going slow and controlled on the eccentric portion of the lift and really getting the stretch at the bottom for it to be effective. Im high key wondering who is his trainer?

Depends what is your goal? Aesthetic physique or strength?
All machines? Chest press, lat pull downs, and seated rows are your friend. Id recommend doing at least some free weights with dumbbells to isolate your side delts as well since the combo of your side belts and back musculature is what actually makes you look big in shirts.
