Struggling with 40 on the bar is wild... I don't even work out like that, but this is embarrassing unless he did like 50 reps

The paag knew what she was doing tho

Honestly there's no reason to go super heavy on bicep curls. Make sure your form is right find a weight that doesn't compromise your form cause your struggling so hard to lift it and do hella reps. Especially for a skinny breh like Offset. I don't see why someone would mock him for this:manny:
8-12 rep range for biceps is perfect.
Also the long head of the biceps is prone to tendonitis due to how tiny it is where it attaches at the shoulder so going heavy on them is both unnecessary and risky for injuries.

Says me and my decade plus years of liftimg and seeing and talking to most people's about strength levels and tracking stats on websites dedicated to tracking strength levels among lifters...
Nobody expects him to be Aaron Donald but struggling with 20 lb dumbbells is a sign he doesn't actually either train hard or eat properly considering he's skinny as hell
Isn’t it obvious to you that genetically he has well below average muscle mass? Of course he’s not going to lift as much as the average person who lifts.

This is excuses. He's not eating enough if that's the case. This is like when fat people say they are blaming their genetics while actively doing things to make them stay fat...
Showing up and lifting is half the battle but if he doesn't eat a caloric surplus he will remain a twig. He can get some neurological adaptations from lifting to make him stronger that way but that has its limits.
