It's 3.5 servings per container. How does this compare to a striploin?? This is easier to cook and eat.

If you see dumbbells it'll say 40lbs, that doesn't mean per plate, it's the whole dumbbell and in this case barbell.

Idk breh....the weight room is very unforgiving to skinny people. That's why I hate personal trainers who get fat and overweight people bullshyt exercises.

Fat people are naturally strong with their starting strength.

Offset should be doing calisthenics that work better for his ectomorphic frame until he can put on some mass from them before clanging and banging. But if he eats and stays in the gym he will be fine. But my goodness he is weak AF naturally
If you acknowledge that he is naturally weak due to a genetic lack of muscle mass, why not applaud him for finally getting in the gym and trying to do something about it? Instead of hating on him for not being able to lift more?

Also - I’ve met some weak fat people. And the long term health complications from being morbidly obese dramatically outweigh the long term health complications of being naturally skinny and not strength training.

He's doing arm curls with a minimum of 100lbs, it may be more, depending on how much the bar weighs. The only curling action some of the posters here see is lifting a pepsi bottle or cheeseburger to their mouth.

Offset was SEATED CURLING 100lbs :mjlol:

The “40” on the weights alert you to how much the ENTIRE barbell weighs.. including the “plates”.

Like when we say 135, 225, 315, 405, etc. the bar is included and the weight will only change as you add 45 plates to each side (for weight balance) which is an additional 90lbs if you add a 45 plate on each side.

Offset is not curling 100lbs of anything.. he’s curling 40’s and 40’s is fine. We all start somewhere, he’s a druggy rapper not known for being healthy, and 40’s are useful depending on your level of strength and the workout you are doing.

Also, tried that 40lb on the preacher curl. I was at 30 reps and the pump was barely kicking in. So for him to struggle with form at that weight.... He may need to go down to 30lbs
