You don't make gains off the next person's lifts so it shouldn't matter what they're doing. Y'all want everyone lifting Aaron Donald weight with under 1 year of training.
Says me and my decade plus years of liftimg and seeing and talking to most people's about strength levels and tracking stats on websites dedicated to tracking strength levels among lifters...
Nobody expects him to be Aaron Donald but struggling with 20 lb dumbbells is a sign he doesn't actually either train hard or eat properly considering he's skinny as hell

For biceps, I'd like to see him go to a full eccentric motion, pause at the bottom, and then contract the muscle.

Realistically, he probably should be at 30lbs :francis:
he would need to start with less weight. just look at how small his biceps are when he contracts them bishes. he ain't got the muscle mass to do those kinda movements for reps.

Honestly there's no reason to go super heavy on bicep curls. Make sure your form is right find a weight that doesn't compromise your form cause your struggling so hard to lift it and do hella reps. Especially for a skinny breh like Offset. I don't see why someone would mock him for this:manny:
