For those who don't understand
It's 40 lbs. Divide in half the dumbell equivalent is 20 lbs. This like posting yourself struggling to curl 20 lbs dumbbells for reps.
A respectable bicel curl for reps usually starts in the 40 lb range for dumbbells.

Says who? Y'all love tossing these arbitrary numbers around like they mean something. If he's curling 60 then someone could say he needs to do 80.

You don't make gains off the next person's lifts so it shouldn't matter what they're doing. Y'all want everyone lifting Aaron Donald weight with under 1 year of training.
