305.6…I’m just happy I haven’t put the weight back on cus I’ve been eating kinda bad…but I’m back at it…won’t be at work till Monday so I’mma see if I can get to like 301-302 by Monday
In between eating bad and eating good there’s a lot of space. Doesn’t have to be perfect but could be decent.

I think the quoted percentage is in the 90s for people who lose weight and regain. Usually they gain back more than they lose. ObeseToBeast said it best. He lost a lot of weight and he said he got lucky that his addictions lined up with losing the weight and keeping it off.

The people that find real lasting success at this are more like him. They do this, become successful at it, and form new addictions to things that keep them on the path.

Literally just came from the gym bought a month membership…I want to succeed at this! Imma do whatever it takes.
Going to the gym is more about building up physical health and endurance than about losing weight. Weight loss is almost all diet. Eating to a caloric deficit and finding balance will determine your weight. You will find a difficult time burning off excess calories to allow weight loss to be drastically improved by going to the gym.
