Gamers enabled them to do it so they did it. Gamers are some of the most enabling consumers in existence. This is a game I saw on sale for $18 at GameStop a few days ago. People paid $60 for it because they couldn’t wait to see how it was. When you buy into hype culture and run out and buy products day one with the level of restrictions this had on it you get what you asked fo which is anything.
You can't put this on gamers. The game was not ready to be released and CDPR tried their best to hide that fact. It would be one thing if the game was in a finished state and just failed to meet expectations. It was literally unplayable for a lot of people at release. Gamers had nothing to do with that.

Also reviewers said they played the first 8 hours like two months prior and it was goat and reviewed it and said it was goat then a week later said they were taken advantage od

I started to play this last night in the city seemed more dense :leon:

I also saw cops and a street gang shooting it out to death. Blood everywhere:dead:

Is this new or has that always been there?

I'm still on like the first or second mission :heh:

Always been there. There's a handful of spots where they're always shooting it out, and I'm pretty sure it resets after you go clear them out. Nothing has changed.

In life you learn that people do what they think they can get away with. Gamers have enabled these companies to put out broken products and fix them later. If gamers as a whole stopped buying things like this on release day especially given the signs this had then companies wouldn't try this stuff. This was still a very successful game release. People here pan it but this thing sold many millions of copies in the state it was in upon release.

You'd have a better point if literally ANYTHING went right for them after the preorders and release date numbers. They didn't get away with shyt. Had to pull the game and provide refunds. Next gen patch still hasn't come out and it will be hard to get many people back when it finally does. This has cost CDPR so much good will that the only project they could release next to generate a similar level of hype is Witcher 4. Even then they'd have skeptics because that game will need to be huge and innovative.
