Did the meth heads walk up to and put hands on you? Then you would have the right to inflict harm. As some folks been saying, some of yall either dont have property to defend, or have no clue how self defense works. Someone approaching then grabbing YOU on YOUR property after you told them to leave AND making death threats the whole time is more than enough to justify self defense. All you need is an imminent threat.

The guy was too high to even form a good sentence. I was trying to talk to him and he was mumbling. I could easily say it was a threat but i went inside. Also this incident happened at 2am ( not the middle of the day).

Like the husband in the video, he was able to go inside without progress impeded. HE MADE the situation much worse by bringing out the weapon. The older guy never threaten him until a gun was brandished.

Should the older guy have tried to diffuse the situation with words sure?
Should the older guy also come with the mentality is that he's in someone's property and should always assumed that person is armed and evil? Sure.

I do think the guy shooting will not get charged but ultimately that was a poor choice and i look down on him.
