Not how that works, guy was an invitee - from the sound of it he was performing a custodial pick-up of his son
If he really was told to pick him up at 3:15 and was shot on the property in that time frame, it'll be mighty hard to claim he was trespassing

It doesnt matter. It becomes trespassing the moment someone tells you to exit their property. You never, ever have any right to be on someones private property if they dont want you there. Custodial matters or not, as I said, dude couldve left and just called the law and have them deal with the mom and get his son if she was being on funny shyt, but one can decide they do or dont want someone on their property whenever they please.

Thats exactly what this is all about. It was no longer about his son when he refused to leave, it then became all about him wanting to flex on dude and try and assert dominance on another mans property, and he paid for it. Try to bully someone holding a gun when you dont have one brehs.
