Maybe I'm not up on my George Washington history as much as I should be. It always bothered me that he didn't free his slaves until after he died (it acknowledges that he understood slavery to be wrong, so why not release them while he was alive and not only that but fight to get rid of the practice entirely). And I didn't realize he carried out ethnic cleansing, but that would make sense.

That’s not the law and that wasn’t his intent. He wanted to flex and even fired a warning shot. At that point, blue shirt is the one under attack. He had the right to grab the gun as his life was threatened.

The man escalated a verbal argument into a violent encounter. You can’t claim self defense after that.

When that little guy went inside the house, he could have easily locked the door and said I am calling the police, but instead he got the gun. He escalated this shyt, his life was not in danger.

This is not a burglary, the deceased was suppose to be there to pick up his son.

If you refuse to leave someones property when told to, thats trespassing, crime no.1. THEN he physically accosted dude trying to wrestle the gun from him(assault), after making death threats. Crimes 2 and 3. You cant claim self defense while committing crimes, in what world does someone have the right to try and grab someones gun from them on property that isnt theirs and they have no business being on to begin with? Nah, dude had every right to pull his gun, thats the entire point of owning one.

And he was invited onto the property to pick up his son, nothing clear about "self-defense" here, and this is part of why the American public is so misled about "self-defense." You can't just shoot someone without some kind of impending physical harm.

He's probably grown-up around other cacs pulling their guns out for years, most of the time there is no intent on utilizing the gun - particularly over small spats.

As a man with a baby momma i've been there...dealing with her bullshyt, most of us have all been there dealing with these broads, but as a man you have to move smarter even when your emotions want to move you another way. This was next level shyt when the gun came out and he should have just deescalated the situation by just walking away.
