* He went to the house to pick up his kids, who he was supposed to have at that very moment by court order
* He never threatened that guy until AFTER the guy pulled a gun on him

That was your main comment on the issue, and you're making all sorts of justifications without even bringing up repercussions for the shooter. The short aside you made about manslaughter wasn't even until a completely different later comment.

When that little guy went inside the house, he could have easily locked the door and said I am calling the police, but instead he got the gun. He escalated this shyt, his life was not in danger.
