I think the pedestrians might’ve been slight inebriated cuz it looks like they spotted the whip and had bout 3-4 seconds to react but they were shocked
I was thinking the same thing about the Guy in black. He had time but even if he broke left, the silver car would’ve hit him.

nikkas are watching too much cartoons if they think someone can react in half a second to avoid that. They see the car at 3 second mark and then 1 second later they're dead.
I do too (including unfortunate accidents like this one, RIP to both of them)...

People should be able to come and go as they please without "the state" dictating how that should be
Just like people should be able to use whatever computer device, or appliance, or tool that they want
Positioning cars in the same light as guns is only gonna cause people to think this type of ideology is irrational and THAT is what hinders other more important things in this country from getting done because people take one look at the whole platform and say NOPE.
