Maybe that's true for you. I just told you where I stay that is not true. You will be charged a late fee and there is no telling what additional fees they will throw on top of that. The government only said that you can't be evicted. They never said that we won't have additional fees to pay.

OK you talking about rent, I was talking about a mortgage. Huge difference. Yeah if you have rent that's due on the first and they charge late fees after that then yeah it would be best to pay.
