I still don’t understand why Tory didn’t throw both of them hoes under the bus. HE was on trial, NOT THEM, so why protect them? He knew damn well that protect black men narrative is a fukking sham and he’s paying for it with his life.

I mean, this was one of the more prevalent theories out there back then. And honestly, if you compare it to the rumors or the accounts we got of different testimonies...this story is the one that makes the most sense.
EDIT: Also, at the end of the trial when Tory's team had the choice to call their last witness and didn't call him, that was one of the worst decisions I've ever seen in a trial. I think tory was trying to protect the best friend on some love shyt as well as some streetcode shyt. But both the girl and the streets ended up leaving him hanging...

nikka she plead the fifth and Tory didn't even testify. He was dumb af for not testifying and just saying what happened. But u saying it was brought up in court means nothing being that Kelsey went up there and just basically said nothing. Point is is there was way too much confusion around the situation with nothing solid for someone to go away for especially for 10 years.

No, it wasn't a big deal. First of all, nothing megan said before she was under oath mattered to the outcome of the trial. And her fighting kelsey does not justify a gun being pulled and fired recklessly.
