Dude didn't say anything that wasn't already said during the trial, and it was the defense who denied his testimony not the state.
This statement doesn't even exonerate Tory, because he claims he didn't see the moment of the shooting, but he did see Kelsey and Tory fighting over the gun. He never mentions seeing megan fighting kelsey for the gun, which is the prevailing theory people used to claim Tory was innocent.
This statement would've hurt Tory's case, which is probably why his team never called him to testify.
That was Tory's team playing media games, they're the one's who refused to delay the trial. They made it seem like it was the state preventing his testimony.

It has always been Tory trying to get the gun from Kelsey.
And the driver not testifying to my knowledge was because it would have delayed the States case past the holiday.
So to keep the trial from being delayed. The defense chose to go without his testimony

And no, it wasn't the state that didn't want to delay the case, it was the defense. The driver said that Tory's lawyer was the one who told him they weren't gonna call him due to the holidays. Then they acted like he couldn't be found.

The case was a complete shyt show. From the lying on the stand. The inconsistency in testimonies. All kinda shyt. Glaring mistakes being made on both sides. That trial was a circus. Then u had one of the people involved pleading the fifth. No solid proof of anything. shyt was a joke. Any other trial would've been a mistrial.

No it wasn't. Actually the bodyguards account was the same account the witness from the window gave until he went away and spoke to the DA and Roc Nation lawyers and switched his shyt up. Only person who spoke the truth on the stand was the make up artist.
So was the goal for all of them to avoid significant jail tail? Kelsey gets off for the shooting and Tory gets himself some jail time stripes for a few months after the driver testimony gets him released?

The only mistakes were made by the defense. For example, how Tory's lawyer brought up Kelsey's statements during her interrogation and got the whole thing admitted into evidence after the judge ruled it couldn't be used.
Yall keep running with these weird ass conspiracy narratives, the statement that witness gave on stand was the same as what the bodyguard said.
