Really didnt feel like running yesterday so I decided to go for a hike and snap some shots of this waterfall not far from where I live. I haven't been this sore in a minute but I may start substituting my long runs with moderate to difficult hiking trails

^My knees are shot for now and I have too much upper body weight for my normal running speeds but I’m trying to do a mini-triathlon. Buying a bike this week to get that part out of the way!

Going in for my 1st run of spring now, best way to start the morning. Ready to go hardbody just gotta stay consistent.

Edit: jogged 3.5 miles in 38 minutes :huhldup:

Focused on breathing and stretching my legs for long & strong stride.

30 day goal is to run 3 miles at a controlled steady pace in 24 min and under.

90 day goal is to break 20 mins.

180 day goal is to break 3 miles PR of 17:58.

10 Miles would be a good distance for me. When I did the Half Marathon in January, I was good up to the 11th mile. The last two miles were a real struggle.

Running a full marathon isn't even a goal for me. A lot of what I have read suggests that full marathons do more harm than good to your health

Same for me. Those last two/three miles for me were pure torture
After the half I realized there was no way I could do a full.
More power to those who do them tho..
