Like I watched this exchange. Wtf is the point of the rest of the hearing after this. This is everything. He didn't prosecute the president because its a departmental rule. Which means if he was a regular joe he'd be in cuffs. Like what are we doing here? Why is this not over?

The Nadler and Lieu line of questioning mean nothing and will have absolutely no consequence. Some of y'all are still begging for a smoking gun or gotcha moment like this is Columbo when in reality Mueller is up here stuttering like a geriatric geezer. The problem is Democrats are terrified of wielding power and are habitually incapable of nutting up. Otherwise, they'd be impeaching him for the myriad of crimes and disgraceful actions he's taken as President, not this ridiculous Russian spy thriller shyt. The window for that shyt has closed. Republicans are winning this hearing because Democrats yet again try to offload the responsibilities of power and governance to a Republican (Mueller). Pathetic.

All they’re doing is trying to muddy the waters. Mueller is not answering their witch hunt questions. He has basically said he has obstructed justice.

They were in there talking about Hiliary Clinton's emails and Fusion GPS which was initially hired by the Republicans. Just slinging shyt out there.

They're succeeding in muddying the waters because the Democrats idiotically set up this inscrutable framework. That last Republican freak was right, Democrats were hoping for Mueller to come out with some forceful statement ordering them to impeach Trump, but he's refused to do so and was never going to do so. Mueller isn't answering Republican witch hunt questions, but he's also not playing ball with the Democrats, and a standstill is a Republican win. Pelosi is craven and refuses to lead on impeachment unless the polls are rocksteady, and this performance today will do nothing to dramatically swing the polls. If the Democratic leadership had balls they'd either lead from the front and start impeachment without permission of Republicans or they'd be impeaching him on the swath of legitimately impeachable actions taken by Trump and his administration. Instead we have people bigging up the nothingburger Nadler and Lieu answers. It's delusional.
It's over. If this doesn't get him, we're finished because Trump is nothing. The bad actor that realizes he can be the first dictator, is going to be smart. The next guy is gonna be worse than Hitler. Nukes will cause everyone to ignore us. 
The hearing will be of no consequence, but the real problem is that the Democrats don't get enough votes and as such don't have enough power to do much of anything.
