It’s not up to this guy to start impeachment proceedings. Y’all acting like Mueller need to flat out tell Congress Trump guilty and impeach him immediately. Nah he not finna jump out there like that. He did his job and sayin Trump guilty indirectly
I know, but if they can't gather the evidence based on all the connections, then why should we assume that there is something there?
We either take Mueller at his word or reject everything he has supplied evidence for, including obstruction.

But it also seems the special counsel guidelines did not take into account that the investigation is pretty much pointless if the AG says the president can't be indicted therefore its unfair to suggest he would.

Because he would have said it? He could have easily said there was no evidence to support bring a charge of conspiracy. Saying there was insufficient evidence to bring charges is not same as having no evidence that it happened? Either way, its up to Congress, which what he said in the report anyway.
