since the answer is so simple and obviously right in front of my face explain it to me then.

I'm getting sick of responding to your posts that don't say anything.
actually I don't think the answer in right in front of our face at all
a lot of incumbent constructs in the American market are pure fabrication with one purpose offered to the public and the invariable real purpose always hidden underneath: to make someone really rich (See the new fandangled airport body scanners the public had to buy after 911)
Mind you many of them can start out with good intentions but invariably they become self aware and learn the rent seeking playbook and when the time comes to be disrupted as is the natural order of things they put up a fight in the usual manner (See our current Homeland security apparatus or the military industrial complex or many of our other complexes for a good example).

Dealerships have grown such a bad reputation that they are ubiquitously referred to as "stealerships" on the car blogs I frequent. Now if they are serving the public, it is my strong opinion that this service is truly lost on the public.

I don't think its the government hating on tesla. I think its other manufactures pressuring the government to do something.

tomayto/tomahtoh

this post saddens me
cronyism now exists in the lingua franca as a normative of governance:to:

you are still don't understand
I deal with patronizing questions the same way i deal with crazy ones
given that it is crazy to patronize me:sweetjeezus:

you don't have an answer then got you. that's all you had to say, "I don't know."

instead of "well the public is told lies by our military industrial complex" or whatever you said.

Christie is a thug. They're just trying to get more taxes by having a middle man.

"The statute in New Jersey plainly allows Tesla to be licensed to sell cars there. Indeed, the Motor Vehicle Commission has licensed Tesla under that statute ever since October 2012, and any suggestion that Tesla was told 'since the beginning' about any problem with its ability to be licensed there is false," O’Connell said. "The only thing that has changed is the Christie Administration’s sudden decision to go around the Legislature in an attempt to enact a rule that the statute doesn’t permit. Worse, it has done so without any reasonable notice or even a public hearing."

Its an archaic way of doing business and makes the cars more expensive because there is a middle man

it does noting to protect consumers
This is just thuggery, friend. They want payoffs and Tesla forgot this is the demonic realm.

Hes using government to take out competition. Thats your friends.

Its so demonic, friends.

Still Tesla has to take a big part of the blame for not understanding the laws in America and preparing for a what if scenario.
